Island Power Ready Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when purchasing from Island Power Ready. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, with all original accessories, manuals, components, packaging, and proof of purchase. Items showing signs of use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product, damage, modification, misuse, or missing components may not qualify for a return.
Before sending any item back, please contact Island Power Ready to request return authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and provide your order information and, when applicable, photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Portable Power, Solar & Electronic Equipment

Portable power stations, solar generators, solar panels, batteries, chargers, and other electrical equipment must be returned with all original accessories and components. Products damaged through improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, improper charging, exposure to conditions outside the manufacturer's specifications, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions are not eligible for return on that basis.
Manufacturer warranty coverage may apply to certain products. Where applicable, warranty claims may be handled according to the manufacturer's warranty terms and procedures.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return, including gift cards, clearance or final-sale items identified as such before purchase, personalized or custom-order products, and consumable or hygiene-sensitive products that have been opened or used where resale would be inappropriate.

Return Shipping

Unless the return results from an error by Island Power Ready or an item that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a trackable and appropriately insured shipping service when returning higher-value products. Island Power Ready is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged while being shipped back to us.

Refunds

Once an authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation within 1 hour of placing an order. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the order has been fulfilled. Once the 1-hour cancellation window has passed, or if the order has already entered fulfillment or shipped, cancellation may no longer be available. Eligible items may instead be handled under our applicable return policy and return-shipping terms.

Puerto Rico and U.S. Orders

Return eligibility is governed by this policy and any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
