Prices, promotions, product availability, shipping charges, and other offers may change without notice before an order is accepted.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, description, inventory, or other errors and, when appropriate, cancel or modify an affected order. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

These restrictions may affect available shipping methods, delivery locations, transit times, or shipping costs.

A product being listed for sale does not guarantee that it can be shipped using every method or to every destination.

Customers are responsible for reading and following all manufacturer instructions, safety information, specifications, installation requirements, and operating procedures supplied with a product.

Electrical, solar, battery, generator, or other equipment requiring professional installation should be installed by appropriately qualified or licensed professionals when required by the product, manufacturer, or applicable law.

Island Power Ready is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, improper charging, incompatible equipment, operation outside manufacturer specifications, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Customers are responsible for confirming that products are appropriate and compatible with their intended application before installation or use.

If you are uncertain about compatibility, we recommend contacting us or an appropriately qualified professional before purchasing or installing the equipment.

Information provided by Island Power Ready regarding compatibility or product selection is intended to assist customers and does not replace manufacturer requirements, professional engineering, electrical design, or other professional advice when such services are required.

Manufacturer Warranties

Certain products may include warranties provided by their manufacturers.

Manufacturer warranties are governed by the applicable manufacturer's warranty terms, exclusions, registration requirements, and claim procedures.

Island Power Ready may assist customers with available warranty information when appropriate, but we do not independently extend or modify a manufacturer's warranty unless expressly stated in writing.
